Payment
1.PayPal is the only payment method we accept. (PayPal system supports MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express).
2.Payment must be made within 4 days of the auction end time or we will relist the item.
3.The price can be negotiable depending on the purchase quantities. We will carry out as your requirement.If your buying items are not listed in my ebay , please contact me. We specialize in supplying the same kinds of products.
Shipping
1.All Items will be shipped within handing time when full payment is received and confirmed, All items are shipped with tracking number.
For small orders, we will ship by China Post, please allow 30-50 business days for your order to arrive due to International shipping, this vary from country to country.(To US, we will use ePacket with tracking number, which only takes about 7-15 business days. Sometimes it may delay 7~10 business days by Customs Inspection.)
For bulk orders, DHL, UPS, FedEx and EMS will be the courier, and they are supposed to arrive at final destination in 7 business days if everything is going well in the transit.Any uncontrollable factors which lead to delay, for example: changeable atrocious weather, festival holiday, labor strike and anything else. We wish you could be more patience.
2.Once you choose economy shipping, if you do not receive your item after 2 months please contact us immediately for further assistance. we can offer resend or refund. Also we will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.
3.Import duties, value added taxes and any other charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping costs. As an eligible importer, you are responsible for any reasonable tax or any other importation fees.
Return Policy
1.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your payment.
2.Return is accepted within 30 days after the buyer's receiving the item.
